TO-220 products are widely used in various DC/DC power supplies, DC-AC inverters, AC-DC switch-mode power supplies, UPS, energy storage power supplies, garden tools, BLDC motor drivers, etc.; other MOSFET brands' alternative models for this product include STP80N10F, SVG10120NAT, IPP126N10N3G.
