FHP40N20D, can be used for the front-end DC-DC boost circuit (Q1-Q2) of the 48V input inverter, and also applicable to the modified wave DC-AC full bridge inverter circuit (Q3-Q6) with AC110V output voltage. It can replace the IRFB31N20D from the IR field effect tube brand.；
