The FHP1906V adopts advanced trench technology to reduce conduction loss, improve switching performance, and increase avalanche energy. The transistor can be used in various power switch circuits for system miniaturization and high efficiency. The product shape is TO-220 packaging, in compliance with the JEDEC standard, and meets RoHS and REACH standards environmentally friendly, without halogen.
