The SGT process is adopted to achieve an extremely low RDSON on-state resistance. Fairhong products have a wide BV voltage range, fast switching capability, and excellent short-circuit resistance performance. TO-220 products are widely used in various DC/DC power converters, DC-AC inverters, AC-DC switch-mode power supplies, UPS, energy storage power supplies, BLDC motor drivers, etc.; TO-263 products are widely used in the BMS protection boards of 7-8 series lithium battery packs.

(1) Outdoor energy storage power supply / solar controller / inverter / UPS, etc., for DC-DC boost structure in power supplies.
