Adopting the SGT process to achieve an extremely low RDSON on-state resistance, Feihong products have a wide BV voltage range, fast switching capability, and excellent short-circuit resistance. TO-220 products are widely used in various DC/DC power supplies, DC-AC inverters, AC-DC switch power supplies, energy storage power supplies, garden tools, and BLDC motor drives. TO-263 products are extensively used in various lithium battery protection boards.

【Feihong 100N8F6A Application Examples】


(1) The DC-DC boost structure of energy storage power supplies/solar controllers/inverters uses a push-pull structure or half-bridge/full-bridge structure.
