【FHP4310V Product Description】 The FHP4310V adopts advanced trench technology combined with optimized process conditions and device structure refinement to achieve extremely low on-resistance while optimizing switching characteristics and reliability. This transistor provides a TO-220 package form, suitable for UPS, inverters, motor drive control, and various high-frequency hard-switching applications. The product complies with JEDEC standards and meets RoHS and REACH environmental regulations as well as the no-halogen requirement.
