High frequency and low loss, FHD100N8F6A medium and low voltage MOSFET is the soul of the motor driver circuit.

When the motor driver electronic designer replaces the STP110N8F6 medium and low voltage MOSFET, they need to pay attention to several key attributes. First of all, the performance parameters of the medium and low voltage MOSFET need to be addressed, such as whether the rated current can reach 120A, whether the rated voltage can reach 85V, etc. The listed parameters directly control the device's working efficiency. On this basis, the priority items are the dv/dt (rate of voltage rise) and temperature coefficient. A strong dv/dt performance can enhance the quality of the motor driver.
