As an N-channel enhancement-mode field-effect transistor, FHP1404V adopts advanced trench technology, reducing conduction losses, improving switching performance, and increasing avalanche energy.

This transistor can be used in various power switch circuits. Its product form is TO-220 packaging, complying with the JEDEC standard, and meets RoHS and REACH standards environmentally, as well as being halogen-free and eco-friendly.
