【FHF20T60Aproduct description】

       The FHF20T60A is an N-channel trench-gate IGBT using Trench Field stop Ⅱ technology and optimized process to achieve extremely low VCEsat saturation voltage, and a good balance between conduction loss and switching-off loss (Eoff). The excellent on-state voltage drop and very short tail current provide strong support for optimizing system efficiency, widely applicable in various hard-switching applications such as high-frequency car-mounted sine wave inverters with AC220V output and outdoor energy storage power supplies.
